Description
The Air Curtain Ultra maintains food and beverage temperatures at 41ËšF or below for up to 2 hours with the door open. Ideal for both tray-line and room service, this mobile refrigerator is perfect for storing cold sides, desserts, drinks, and salads in your tray assembly area. Designed with a smooth stainless-steel exterior and interior, operators can quickly access items without risking temperature issues. The Air Curtain Ultra is equipped with an intuitive control panel that includes temperature set points, actual temperature indicator, clean condenser reminder, on-demand defrost with cycle indicator, and a door open alarm (when opened beyond allowed time). The Air Curtain Ultra holds 10 full size or 20 half size sheet pans or trays and is designed with a right door swing. With multi-directional cold airflow providing an even temperature through the entire cabinet, the Air Curtain offers unmatched protection and quality in food service.
Overview
The Air Curtain Ultra is equipped with removable tray slides to ensure complete cleaning and ease in service, with tilt capability for serving cans and bottles. Easily manuever the unit thanks to a rear mounted stainless-steel push handle bar, side hand grips, and two 6" rigid and two swivel casters with brake. The Air Curtain Ultra is NSF listed and has a 2-year pro-rated warranty.
