Description
Keep cold foods fresh and appetizing until delivery with the Camchiller Pellet. Ideal for healthcare menus with cold salads, pastas, and sandwiches, the Camchiller Pellet keeps cold foods below or at 40°F (4°C) for up to 45 minutes when used with a chilled 9” (23 cm) plate and insulated dome. Freeze the shatter-resistant pellet for two hours before meal service for optimal use.
