Description
Camshelving Premium Series Vertical Drying Rack is a top tier drying and storage solution prioritizing sanitary drying and storage in foodservice operations. Eliminate unsanitary wet-stacking practices while drying trays, lids, sheet pans, cutting boards, plates, and more with 7 slot vertical drying cradles. Each unit has the capacity to hold up to 84 trays (48” long) or 105 trays (60” long). Ideal for healthcare and high-volume casual dining, Vertical Drying Racks maximize valuable vertical space and ensure air circulation for complete, quick drying. Designed with Camshelving Premium Series posts and traverses, they are both guaranteed against rust and corrosion.
Overview
Camshelving Premium Series Vertical Drying Rack is Made in USA and NSF Component listed. Cradles are designed from high-impact ABS plastic material and are dishwasher safe; post kits and traverses made from smooth reinforced polypropylene wrapped around solid steel cores.
