Rust-proof and dent-resistant, the Pro Cart Ultra is equipped with 10 sets of adjustable stainless steel rails to hold food pans, sheet pans, trays, and large pizza boxes. The magnetic door, equipped with a menu pocket, opens 270° and allows for quick, effortless closing. The Pro Cart Ultra includes a solar digital thermometer for at-a-glance monitoring.
