Description
The High Heat Measuring Cup can truly stand the heat in the kitchen. Made from heat-tolerant plastic, these cups can withstand temperatures up to 375°F (190°C) without compromising performance. Safe for use in microwaves and ovens, the High Heat Measuring Cup can also be used to collect coffee or hot water from a dispenser, to fill chafing dishes or steam tables, to drain hot oil from a fryer, or with soups, broth or stews in a kettle. Plus, the High Heat Measuring Cup is 75% lighter than a glass measuring cup.
