Description
The Camtherm provides unmatched flexibility to hold hot or cold food with the flip of a switch. Ideal for healthcare facilities and catering operations, the Camtherm can become a portable extra refrigerator or a heating cabinet. The Camtherm is designed with adjustable, rust-resistant chrome-plated stainless steel slide rails that holds full size food pans and full size sheet pans.

Overview
The hot and cold holding Camtherm® offers unmatched flexibility. With the flip of a switch, the Camtherm is able to switch from gentle, non-drying heat to chilling in 3 hours and from chilling ingredients to maintaing temperature in 1 and 1/2 hours. In an independent laboratory test, the Camtherm was tested against a same-capacity, leading metal cabinet for energy efficiency. The results showed that over the course of 8 hours of holding, the Camtherm cabinet used 48% less electricity than the metal cabinet.
Used in the kitchen or to transport food off-site, this cabinet is equipped with unbreakable molded-in handles and heavy duty swivel casters for easy maneuvering and braking. Our superior insulation safely holds prepared foods for 4+ hours without electricity, offering temperature maintainence when faced with limited access to electrical outlets.
