Description
Enjoy flexible holding for every menu with the Pro Cart Ultra, the insulated server that can actively heat carefully prepared meals. The energy efficient hot electric module heats between 150°-165°F (65,5°-74°C) when plugged in and keeps hot food at safe temperatures for 4+ hours without electricity. Ideal for restaurants and catering operations, the Pro Cart Ultra provides a small footprint with a big impact.

Overview
Rust-proof and dent-resistant, the Pro Cart Ultra is equipped with 5 sets of adjustable stainless steel rails to hold food pans, sheet pans, trays, and large pizza boxes. The magnetic door, designed with menu pocket, opens 270° and allows for quick, effortless closing. The Pro Cart Ultra includes a solar digital thermometer for at-a-glance monitoring.
