Description
The Premium Series Angled Drying Rack is a versatile drying and storage solution that prioritizes sanitary care for a wide variety of foodservice products. Eliminate unsanitary wet-stacking practices while drying food pans, pots, bowls, plate covers, deli crocks and kitchen ware. Designed with 8 slots, each Angled Drying Cradle allows for complete air circulation, optimizing air drying and cleanliness. More cost effective than traditional metal racks, the Angled Drying Rack also eliminates unnecessary replacement costs caused by rusting, corrosion, bending, or breaking. High quality casters allow operators to easily move throughout the kitchen and to clean the floor underneath.
Overview
The Angled Drying and Storage Rack is Made in USA and NSF Component listed. Cradles are designed from high-impact ABS plastic material and are dishwasher safe; post kits and traverses made from smooth reinforced polypropylene wrapped around solid steel cores.
