The Pro Cart Ultra® Stainless Steel GN Pan Carrier provides the ability to safely hold and transport hot food. The Pro Cart Ultra maintains food temperatures between 65,6ËšC to 73,9ËšC with gentle, non-radiant heat, with an adjustable temperature to a maximum of 85ËšC. The Pro Cart Ultra is able to heat from room temperature to 73,9ËšC in 15 minutes and recovers in just 20 seconds.* 

*Average recovery time based on ambient temperature of 23,3ËšC, empty compartments - Door open for 30 seconds
